COVID-19: Updates on Therapies & Vaccines with Dr. Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen, MD MSc

Dr. Cohen is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington and the Clinic Chief of the Northwest Hospital Infectious Disease and Travel Medicine Clinics. He is also the Medical Director of Infection Prevention and Employee Health at Northwest Hospital. Dr. Cohen attends on the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Infectious Disease service at UW as well as the ID consult service at Northwest Hospital. He is passionate about medical education and is a regular speaker in the UW School of Medicine and Residency programs. He co-directs the annual Tropical Medicine elective (GH561) in the UW School of Medicine. His research projects at the Fred Hutch are focused on the epidemiology of invasive fungal infections.
Dr. Cohen received his Master of Science in epidemiology from the University of Washington, where he also completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases. Dr. Cohen did his residency, and served as chief resident, at the University of California, San Francisco.
